Food Pantry
Thursday 8:30-12:00
GAP Food Pantry offers non-perishable food items, fresh goods and toiletries based on family size and housing status. Persons who can cook receive enough food for several days. Persons without cooking facilities receive a bag lunch.

Birth Certificates
Thursday 9:00-11:30
Everyone needs a birth certificate to establish their identity. We fill out the needed paperwork and pay the fees for persons born in the United States, or as American citizens overseas. Please bring all forms of photo identification that you have. We may also get marriage or divorce documents if they are needed to get a photo ID. If you have no ID, we may need for you to contact family members for assistance.

Photo ID
Thursday 8:30-12:00
GAP drivers take applicants to the Department of Driver’s Services office to get their ID’s and pay all fees. If you do not already have an ID with a gold star to renew, you will need to bring specific forms of identification. Click on this link to get a list of what you can use.

Prescription Assistance
Thursday 9:00-12:00
GAP nurses provide assistance for persons who have no other way to pay for their prescriptions and give out over-the-counter medications as needed. All of our counselors are either registered nurses or pharmacists. We also help clients find ongoing sources of funds to pay for long-term medical needs.
